Description

A quick, creamy, and delicious no-bake cheesecake perfect for summer, last-minute gatherings, or whenever you want a dessert without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and chill for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  7. Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top evenly.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes
