Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and chill for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
